My favorite things are in it- cauliflower, chickpeas, and greens! I just need some chocolate and peanut butter for dessert and I’m all set with the best meal ever.
I got some GREEN, ORANGE, and purple cauliflower this past Saturday at Fresh Thyme, a new Trader Joe’s-like store that just opened up a few blocks from my house. Colorful cauliflower is SO COOL.
